By creating an account, downloading, or using the Road Data application ("App," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Road Data is a Progressive Web Application that uses your mobile device's motion sensors and GPS to detect road damage events — including potholes, rough surfaces, and collapsed roadway sections — while you drive. Detected events are logged with location data and uploaded to our database.

The Road Data application, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by USA Website Developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our application without written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USA WEBSITE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
